Toine Murphy, our Chief Engagement Officer, has worked for more than 25 years in the fields of consulting, public speaking, educational and social capital strategies, business executive, governmental and community engagement, independent life coach, and entrepreneur. His unique background enables him to access a diverse coalition of supporters and allies to help our clients achieve their goals.

Prior to his current role, Toine served as the Director of Operations for a Southfield-based mortgage firm, where he managed and directed the daily administrative functions of the company. He also served as the state director of the Michigan NAACP and a partnership specialist for the U.S. Department of Commerce Census Bureau in Detroit.

Toine has impacted the educational sector by launching STEMulating the Future, a signature program that specializes in STEM-based educational programming, consulting, coaching, and leadership training. He is also a former program consultant for DAPCEP (Detroit Area Pre-College Engineering Program), where he managed a budget of over $1.3 million and coordinated all program activities, fostering a new roadmap for the revitalization of STEM educational engagement.
